Change Leadership Starts with You

The first step to successful long-term change is in the mirror.

Yep, it starts with you, the leadership team, with your commitment to owning and using your authenticity and innate talents: Being role models as leaders and change agents.

When leaders talk about big change but nothing about them looks or seems different, employees find it hard to believe and support. To employees it smacks of lip service.

But, when leaders commit to their own internal change, to stepping into their purpose and gifts and modeling authenticity, then eyebrows raise and ears open. Authenticity begets trust, and trust leads the charge.

Scientific Hand Analysis: better than a mirror.

As a past corporate leader and business owner with many corporate clients, I have taken most of the assessments out there. None of them compared to Scientific Hand Analysis (SHA), which gave me a deep dive into who I was at my core. It gave me a picture of what guided me to make the decisions I made and explained why situations in my life showed up the way they did.

The depth and comprehensiveness of SHA is unparalleled. Regardless of how good your life and career are now, if you take action on the “blueprint” in your hands, they will get better. SHA reveals your innate life purpose, special talents, and blind spots. Align with these for more authenticity and right action.

Impactful, intentional change starts with your authentic leadership. It requires your being a role model and demonstrating who you want your team to be and how you want them to join in the innovation.

Look in the mirror and ask yourself these questions:

Would I follow myself through challenging and disruptive times?

Would I trust the leader and role model I see?

I hope your answers are “YES!” If there’s any question, any hesitation, consider the deep insights available through the neurotechnology of Scientific Hand Analysis.
