Conversations led to the creation of Success Authorities, and then a book, a podcast, and most importantly, engagement with leaders.

We believe in creating an environment where conversations can flourish, ideas can be shared, and innovation can be discovered.

As we wrote in Conversations for Clarity: Critical Questions Leaders Must Ask Themselves, conversations are integral to human existence, perhaps second only to breathing. They are a fundamental human activity for well-being, learning, and forming meaningful relationships.

Leaders who regularly have conversations with employees and customers and who champion conversations throughout their organization enjoy reduced misunderstandings, as well as increased clarity and alignment of Purpose, Values, Vision, and Mission.

The result is improved velocity, efficiency, effectiveness, and success.

No one person has all the answers. But together we all do. As Bill Nye once observed, “Everyone you will ever meet knows something that you don’t.”
