Linda Ruhland
Linda Ruhland is an Authority, Author and Speaker on Positive Leadership.
Ruhland is the founder of Success Authorities and Positively Inc., a peer-to-peer leadership forum. She also founded the Western North Carolina Chapter of National Speakers Association. Along with Peter Beaumont and Ronn Lehmann, she has co-authored Conversations for Clarity: Critical Questions Leaders Must Ask Themselves..
Ruhland grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. Both her parents were successful business owners. The family frequently engaged in business conversation around the kitchen table. She considers her early experience growing up in a family business as vital to her education as her MBA degree.
She has a special interest in Positive Leadership and an appreciation for how it aligns with an organization’s vision for scalable, sustainable success.
Peter Beaumont
Peter Beaumont is a Leadership Authority with over 30 years of experience in Business Leadership and Coaching.
His journey began with leading teams in companies such as Philip Morris and Coca-Cola and then consulting with Intel and Wrigley. He has built teams and boards, navigating his own path, and others from chaos to clarity. Over the last decade, Beaumont has worked exclusively with small businesses and business ownership, coaching, implementing EOS, and serving in fractional executive roles. He is passionate about helping leaders rediscover their love for what they do.
Beaumont’s philosophy centers on personalized, actionable strategies that address a client’s unique challenges. He believes in leadership that inspires, empowers, and transforms – not just for the bottom line, but for every individual involved.
Ronn Lehmann
Ronn Lehmann is an Authority on Organizational Culture and the Human Factors of Success.
As an adviser to organizations, leaders, and employees, Lehmann focuses on the human factors that create culture and determine success…and sometimes failure. He advises leaders in construction, mining, and other industries to help create cultural strategies that support efforts to create a safe and successful workplace. He has more than 25 years advising leaders of organizations to ensure that their culture supports their goals
Lehmann also conducts Cultural Audits to determine the Operational Culture that is helping (or hindering) decisions, for which he has interviewed thousands of leaders and employees at companies across the United States. He also has spoken to many organizations and associations on the topics of Culture, Leadership, and Safety, and he’s been a visiting instructor at Century College.
